Window Cleaning Person

Location: Braintree Essex

Part Time Hours Between: 07.00 – 16.30hrs Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Basic Outline: Working on residential and commercial properties across Essex cleaning windows using Traditional and Reach and wash methods.

As an Ultraflow Window Cleaning employee, you must…

• Execute the vision and plans of the founder of Ultraflow
• Implement the company mission, vision and core beliefs
• Help our clients and all other Ultraflow employees to receive and provide an exceptional experience
• Make sure your space/work van/appearance maintains a “show ready” appearance
• Maintain a clean company uniform and be well groomed

Role Responsibilities

• Be a team player
• Keep accurate track of hours worked
• Understand technology as we are a paperless company
• Understand using mobile work app’s
• Serving our customers with the ‘Exceptional Experience’
• Great Customer Service
• Top up with pure water daily
• Be the face of Ultraflow as you may be the first person from Ultraflow our customers have seen
• Maintain company equipment to the highest standards
• Be able to think on your feet
• Be part of the accountability chain for ensuring compliance
