1. Introduction

Welcome to UltraFlow Window Cleaning. By booking or receiving our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully prior to using our services.

2. Services Provided

UltraFlow Window Cleaning provides professional exterior cleaning services on a 4-weekly or 8-weekly schedule, as well as one-off cleans upon request.

Our services include:

  • Window cleaning
  • Gutter clearing
  • UPVC cleaning (fascias, soffits, frames)
  • Pressure washing
  • Conservatory cleaning
  • Roof cleaning

3. Minimum Charge

A minimum service charge of £18 applies to all visits, regardless of property size or number of windows cleaned.

4. 24-Hour Clean Guarantee

We take pride in delivering a high standard of work. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hoursof your clean.

We will return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
Requests made after 24 hours will not qualify for a re-clean.

5. Scheduling and Delays

We aim to maintain reliable 4-weekly and 8-weekly schedules. However, delays may occur due to weather, operational demands, or larger projects.

Where delays arise:

  • Your clean will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity

6. Access to Property

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled service day.

If access is unavailable and no prior notice is given:

  • The full service charge will still apply

UltraFlow reserves the right to charge in full under these circumstances.

7. New Customer Commitment

All new customers agree to a minimum of three scheduled cleans.

If cancelled before completion:

  • The remaining cleans will be charged in full

8. Cancellations and Skipped Cleans

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Same-day cancellations will be charged in full
  • Missed appointments due to no access will be charged in full
  • Repeated cancellations may result in removal from our service round

9. Payments

Payment is due within 7 days of the service date.

Accepted methods:

  • GoCardless (preferred)
  • Bank transfer
  • Card payment

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Suspension of future services
  • Late payment charges

10. Referral Scheme

Recommend UltraFlow to friends or family and receive £10 account credit once the referred customer completes their first clean.

  • No limit on referrals
  • Credit is applied directly to your account

11. Liability

While every care is taken, UltraFlow Window Cleaning is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property, fixtures, or fittings

Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

UltraFlow Window Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updates will take effect immediately upon publication.
